There is an overflow of wise and talented experts, recipe developers, and writers out there. The biggest reason I've dragged my feet for years on the food blogging/writing/recipe developing route, is because there are so many people out there rocking it already. And I just wanna cheer them on!!

There are also some not so great resources out there that peddle fad info and untested recipes. And I hate that y'all have to wade through all that, when really all you want is a good recipe for nightshade-free tomato sauce that actually tastes like tomato sauce!! (This one's my fave.) So, I've done the wading for you. A narrowing down and weeding out of all the grain free naan bread recipes that actually don't work, no matter how confident the blogger sounds, or the articles that swear for real, this ingredient really is life changing.

These are some of my favorite blogs, articles, recipes, and resources that I go back to over and over again.

Whenever I just can't find satisfying recipe for a certain diet or dish, I will post my own. So be sure to keep an eye on my blog too for new recipes or tips. You can also find my own stash of recipes that I use repeatedly for myself and clients here. Or browse all of these recipes by ingredient, type of recipe, and diet. And chances are any recipe that's here in resources is also in constant rotation for me, so you can easily find them on one of the recipe pages. Lastly, if you want a peek at what recipes I've torn out over the years from magazines like Gourmet and Bon Apetit, but still haven't tried yet: recipes to try.

Enough enough from me... lets get to the lists! The lists are a WIP as I comb my brain and bookmarks for goodies to share with y'all.

my fave brands for pantry & fridge staples

terrasoul || I recently discovered the brand Terrasoul when I was stocking up on nuts for nut milks and butters. They were one of the few places I could find sproutable and unpasteurized almonds. I've also purchased their cashews, hemp seeds, and vanilla powder and have been so impressed by their stuff.

thrive market private label || This might sound so random, but I love Thrive's peanut butter. I've tried a few of their private label items and was disappointed... until I tried their peanut butter. It's so smooth with a touch of sweetness (with no added sugar) and it doesn't get super separated like most natural peanut butters.
