1/4 cup soy sauce (sub tamari or coconut aminos)
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 lb tuna, sushi grade, cut into cubes
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 jalapeno, sliced
Combine sauce ingredients in a jar and shake. Toss sauce with other ingredients and let marinate for 10 minutes or longer. Serve with rice, avocado, green onion, sesame seeds, and spicy mayo.
